A very simple state inspection ended with no phonebook from my phone in my truck display and all of my former displays were set back at default out of my programmed locations. Never had this problem last year.

Greg was a huge help with the water pump issue. He was friendly, professional, and made sure the details were handled the right way. I appreciated how clearly he communicated and how easy he made everything feel. The service was smooth, the information was taken care of quickly, and Greg did a great job making sure the experience was a good one.
A loaner car was provided when additional issues were discovered. They took care of dealing with the extended warranty company.

Always friendly, comfortable and clean. Everyone seems knowledgeable and interested in helping you. I have never felt pressured to agree to a service. That being said, I feel the service advisors are very thorough and honest in their assessment of what services or repairs need to be addressed. This has been my experience to date since purchasing my van in 2015.
Skyler was quick to get back to me and extremely helpful finding me my new truck! Made quick work of the numbers and made it work for me. The whole team here handled everything quick and painless and had me out the door in a new truck! Thanks to Skyler and Josh!

I have been in a number of dealership service centers around the country as I travel a lot. Some have amazing waiting areas but typically are way bigger. This is not the largest by any means. Very small but decent all around. They get the job done and done right for the most part. Not every trip here over the years has been perfect, but they make it right if needed. Honest service, honest advice. Strong management team with some longevity in place.

Overall a far more pleasant experience than Faulkner, but I’m a bit irritated by the messy oil change. Clearly at least a bit of a spill. Oil on the valve cover and a much more persistent odor of burning oil than after a normal oil change. Theses things happen I suppose

Great place to visit when my 2011Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited start showing issues. Friendly service advisors, never had an issue that I needed to returned about it and for it to be a dealership price was not that much more than my local mechanic. I recommend you give them a visit.
My salesman was Joe and he was excellent. I got my first electric car and Joe answered all my questions without any pressure. The finance manager helped me figure out the correct warranty and loan options. Sales manager helped to make sure I got the car and the deal was ready to go when I walked in. I highly recommend this dealer if you’re looking for Dodge, Jeep, or Ram.
Went I for the first time, because I just moved here from South Carolina, met John and told him what I needed. He said no problem, took great care of in what I wanted and I was out the door. Stetler is a top notch dealership. Suspected a exhaust manifold leak on my Ram 1500. They replaced both sides and fixed a recall I didn't even know about in half a day. All covered under warranty. Been going to Stetler for parts and service for 15 years or so. Cannot recommend Stetler enough!!!

I am an out of state user of Stetler Dodge. My 2025 RAM Rebel 1500 would not start without a jump. The process was smooth and everyone was well prepared. My time was valued and the Jeep I reserved was ready for me to test drive and look over promptly with my appointment time. I also was accommodated and the decals on the vehicle were removed as requested and I was not made to feel like it was a hassle. I felt like I was a valued customer. Told me it was my lifters needed replacement I ask are you shore I don't need a new motor no no they said ok fix it I got my truck back and it sounded worse than when I took it in .they will not kix the problem I will never go back again

Express Oil Change took 2 Hours. Received a phone call from Stettler Dodge asking about service experience, I said everything was fine except the 2 hour wait for express service. I was told I should make an appointment, that comes first. I think why have an express service then, and if you don't want to take my response serious, then why bother calling.
I have been to Stetler Dodge two times now and being from out of state, I like to trust the service provider to handle my vehicle with care. I was treated as a regular customer and had my vehicle done as expected and the service person, John, was very knowledgeable and personable. When in York again , I will have Stetler Dodge service my vehicle again. I trust them.

Just bought vehicle 7th vehicle from Stetler it's been awhile and I'm glad to be part of the Stetler family again. Purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Came off truck that day and wasn't even finished prep. Went for test drive and signed on the dotted line. Adrien did a great job getting everything set for Jason in finance. Highly recommend and no other dealer could come close to the price.

1st time buying a car from them and went in for my 1st inspection and at the end was told I needed 2 front tires… since I just bought the car not even 6 months before this they ate the bill and bought me two brand new front tires for my car !!! Good Service and Very Good Work
70 miles from home and the Transfer Case broke on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Called several nearby auto repair shops and was told they were booked out for a week. Managed to get it to Stetler that evening. They took A look at it early the next day, got the parts overnighted and fixed it the following day. I was both amazed and highly appreciative. A solid 5 Star performance.
