Told me my jeep would take 3 days to repair the leaking head gasket. It took 2 weeks. However I was given a 2024 hornet as a loaner. The service department was busy and they had less mechanics due to vacations. I had a vehicle to drive so the wait was acceptable. Thanks for always taking care of me and my jeep.
They do amazing work.I never have no problem once I do get my car fixed there.I think they're amazing.Just a little too pricey

Good experience buying the car except I agreed to buy and I had to wait like 2 or 3 hours till they finally told me the didn’t have the title there and that I could take the car but had to come back to finalize the deal.I live 1 hr away so didn’t really care for that part. Got them to lower car alittle because no floor mats. I tried to get floor mats when I went back because I had to run back but they refused my request. A very simple state inspection ended with no phonebook from my phone in my truck display and all of my former displays were set back at default out of my programmed locations. Never had this problem last year.

Always friendly, comfortable and clean. Everyone seems knowledgeable and interested in helping you. I have never felt pressured to agree to a service. That being said, I feel the service advisors are very thorough and honest in their assessment of what services or repairs need to be addressed. This has been my experience to date since purchasing my van in 2015.

I have been in a number of dealership service centers around the country as I travel a lot. Some have amazing waiting areas but typically are way bigger. This is not the largest by any means. Very small but decent all around. They get the job done and done right for the most part. Not every trip here over the years has been perfect, but they make it right if needed. Honest service, honest advice. Strong management team with some longevity in place.

Overall a far more pleasant experience than Faulkner, but I’m a bit irritated by the messy oil change. Clearly at least a bit of a spill. Oil on the valve cover and a much more persistent odor of burning oil than after a normal oil change. Theses things happen I suppose
